WELCOME
Sherwood Building and Maintenance was established in 1999. We are based in Liverpool and serve the North West of England.
Sherwoods offer an end to end service. Once you employ us to do a job you can relax knowing we will take care of everything from start to finish and leave your property clean and tidy at the end of each day.
We will provide quotes of costs and timescales, free of charge, to let you know how what to expect. Once the price has been agreed, we will order and collect the required materials. All work will be completed by a team of professional, qualified, experienced men. Our employees and subcontractors have the necessary training and qualifications plus a minimum of 5 year plus experience.
No job is too small. Our work includes call outs to fix toilets that won't flush, rescuing birds trapped in netting at the top of a building, clearing out flooded cellars, fixing leaking roofs, fitting shiny new bathrooms, decorating public buildings, installing fire doors, putting up garden fences and creating someones dream kitchen.
Gas and electricity test certificates will be issued upon completion.

We will supply and fit new bathrooms suites including lighting, flooring and tiling. We also regularly carry out adaptations to make bathrooms accessible.
Carpentry and joinery including building staircases, bespoke furniture and fencing.
We supply and fit front doors, change locks and plane and route ifiredoors to fit fire and smoke strips.
Our electrician is a NIC approved contractor. He also specialises in security systems and surveilance cameras.

We will supply and fit new kitchen including the plumbing, lighting, tiling and flooring.
